"As well as not answering the phone, which has apparently been an issue for a long time that nobody has bothered to fix, this branch also now reeks of raw sewage. I walked in and was immediately overcome by the horrific odor of human waste, with some long dead air fresheners stuck random places, as if that would make a dent in the stench emanating from somewhere in that building. I told the employee at the counter I felt sorry for them that the bank would allow it's employees to be subject to working in that environment, and they said it's been an issue for a long time that no one bothers to adequately fix. It's a health hazard at this point and the branch manager should be ashamed."
"You have a better chance of seeing Shaq make a free throw than getting an employee to answer the phone at this branch. I've called a few times over the years for random things, like trying to find out if they had a customer coin sorter since the US Bank website does not say, and inquiring on my foreign currency deliveries going to this branch that would turn up delayed or missing--things that the main US Bank customer service line couldn't help with. They refuse to answer their phone, which, as it is, disconnects you after 5 rings. You can imagine the look of embarrassment on the teller's face when, on Tuesday, I arranged for the phone to ring as I walked in, hang up after 5 rings while I approached the line, and I said, "Since we're not answering the phone today, can you please tell me whether or not this branch has a coin sorter?" A completely avoidable interaction. Luckily, 95% of my business here involves the employee-less ATM. Psst: they don't have a free coin sorter, but many branches do. Call literally any other branch and they will happily tell you yes or no."
"They are short staffed. It takes a little longer than expected. I go in maybe once a week and they have always been polite and professional. Thank you. They do take care of the customer."
"Ryan (branch manager) went above and beyond to help me. He assisted me with everything and was very understanding and courteous. He was very professional. I had called the 1-800 number with getting no help. I went into a different branch on Hampton in STL and was shunned. The level of professionalism at the Hampton location was like a bad experience at Walmart. But Ryan took the time and patiently answered my questions and did an amazing job. Thank you Ryan and team at the GC location."
"This by far is the worst bank I have ever dealt with my entire life. They offer Mobile deposits it states on there I am approved for immediate funds up to $200 but then they still go on to say it is held until the next business day when I speak with a representative about it. All this bank is out to do is find ways to steal your hard earned money."
