"Called this bank to change address for its customer, as I have owned this my house for more than 2years. I called many times. The bank still sends confidential documents to my address for its customer. I was told just to tell USPS to return the mail. It led me to give a bad review as the bank support refused to take further action to help its customer, though its customer is supposed to change address. But it was old laddy."
