"I opened an account with PNC 1 month ago and a few days after I opened my account my wallet was stolen and I lost my license and debit card everything however they were absolutely amazing the nice lady remembered me from when I opened an account and gave me a new debit card as well as cashed my check for me she went above and beyond not only that a second time I went to cash my check they had worker shortage so they didn't open i happened to cross paths w the same lady who on her own time called a second PNC location and initialed her name on my check spoke to the branch manager and again she got my check cashed 5 stars all the way"

"This bank is always short of help. They are constantly changing personnel and there is usually a long wait to be seen. It hasn't always been this way, but whoever is in charge now might be the one who needs replacing. The service is poor t I say the least."

"UPDATE..... 02/13/24 RECEIVED my money but still pending investigation 02/01/2024 ATM took my money and didn't post it to my account and to investigate could take 45 to 90 days on top of going in and filling a clam and promised it would be expedited in my account within 48 hours STILL NOT THERE after 48 hours..... THERE HAS TO BE A BETTER WAY AND TIME FRAME FOR THIS. PLEASE PRIORITIZE THIS ISSUE AS MANY PEOPLE DON'T HAVE TIME TO WAIT... (I did show proof of my transactions)"

"Wow! My first time visiting. I arrived at 9:55am. The bank opened at 10 am. There were no signs stating the lobby was closed. I luckily had my phone and could Google branch info. to find out why the doors were still locked at 10:10 am. Drive thru was open. 2 cars ahead in drive-thru. The rep was polite and informative, but i was there til 10:40 am. I've never experience that long of a wait. Crazy!"

"This is a very strange and inconvenient banking facility. All I come to do is make deposits for my employer and I’m waiting 30 to 45 mins at a time. It’s to a point where I don’t take deposits as I should. Excise of the wait times. There is one teller that isn’t even up in front all the time. They take people in the Rome even just for quick transactions and close the door so you really don’t know if the wait will be extremely long because there is no quick lane. I understand everyone is going virtual and atm but in these cases where you have to do a quick deposit u have to suffer."
