"Mrs. Susan gave me the blues, doing our interaction, for 4hr. I think she believes the more she talks the more she will get out of you. don't use her services, I will never again. She thought my mother was her mother, not listing to me, doing what she wanted, as she stated to me "I have had color coronation classes" so she new better than me as to what color flowers I use. Her contract is vaguely written, full of surprises. like red flowers instead of red roses flower that I had asked for. for one example. She was very disrespectful, at the funeral walked around me and my wife like we where not there, not a word. As if I wonted her to. when I asked to put a hat on my mom head that I had chosen for her doing the body viewing, she had placed another smaller hat on her that I did not won't on her, she did not like that I wonted a different hat on my mother, what Susan did next in her anger, she took the little hat off my mother and forcefully shoved the hat I wonted on her head to the point the hat went all the way down my mom head to right above her eyes on her head, I admittedly told her you better not do that again. She replied I did not do anything wrong. I said I know what I saw, and you had better not do it again. My wife was so upset at this point she just walked out. We would have chosen a different funeral home but live out of state and where on a time schedule and did not get a chance to talk with other funeral homes. The other staff where just wonderful, from the young men who pick my mom up to all the staff at funeral services. Susan is the reason this business should not be supported Calvin Johnson, MBA. place to place a formal complaint. Missouri State Board of Embalmers & Funeral Directors should be googled to get the forms for a complaint. Still have not received death certificates I paid for Yet! over 30 days now."
