"Customer service is HORRIBLE! They do not really try to help you. I've been with this institution for over 10 years, this location and the west florissant location are the worst. They hire African American women who stay with a attitudes and just flat out rude. We can't get help or good Customer service in our own communities. I have to go to the Big Bend location to get accommodated and like I said I've been with them over 10 years. I agree with the other reviews the heavy set lady at the window on the inside is LOUSY, she needs to find a new profession where she don't have to deal with people because she is no help and giving this location a bad rep."

"There is no way should of waited that long at a bank.. At first I loved this location as of now the wait times are way to long. Bank of America here I come. Attitudes way too rude now"

"The heavy set girl that sits at the window is so rude. I went in to get a new debit card. I was told by customer service I could receive one in person at this location. Well she proceeds to tell me you need to go to forest park location. Whoever you spoke to don't know what they talking about. So, like I said you need to go there. Nobody should have to deal with her attitude all the time."

"Rude and didn’t want to service. I went in there just last week and a lady at the desk told me what I needed with no problem. The light skin heavy set girl that’s sitting in there today of course was telling me to go to the teller, different information then before and trying to rush. I told her I wasn’t told any of the information she is telling me now and she whispered well. You guys won’t keep customers this way"
