"Used the ATM to withdraw $200.00. No money was dispensed but they took $203.50 out of my bank account. I agreed to the $3.50 service charge but it would have been great to get the $200 bucks as well. Will never use this bank for anything again."
"I live in Las Vegas, NV My Niece Recently moved to St. Louis. She went into Chase Bank which She and I are Members. She attempted to transfer Monies from Her Bank Account to My Account. The Teller asked Her several Personal Questions He should have never asked, the only thing the Teller was to do was transfer the Monies. She rushed to Work and I called the Bank Manager Whom really didn’t seem to want to be bothered. Long story short After speaking the the Bank Manager She tried again and the transfer was denied. I spoke to My Chase Bank here in Neveda and was told it was a Seemless Account and the Teller should have made the transaction and there was nothing showing on Either one of Our ends to prevent or deny. Looks like She and I need to get an Attorney."
