Where else do you get that kind of personal banking relationship?"

They take time to get to know their patrons and spend time to help work through problems or concerns we may have. To reach the branch directly, you must go in and ask for the direct number. It's the Regions policy (not the local branch) to connect people to the automated center."
"I used to love this bank. I have banked here for years, since it was Union Planters. However, now i cannot reach anyone by telephone. The only number goes to an automated line. For this reason we opened an account at a credit union and will be closing this account this week. We prefer to have our money in a place we can call and talk to a live person. After all, its our livelihood they have and we want a personal relationship with our financial institution."
