"I've been banking with Lindell for several years now . I truly have zero and have had zero complaints about the bank itself or the staff at the branch that I use. The staff has always been amazing and everything I needed to : Professional, knowledgeable, helpful, understanding, patient, and friendly. They address 10 stars in my opinion. Lindell Bank till this day has always been an excellent fit for me."

"My grandmother does business with this bank. She had her wallet stolen from her. She cancelled her checks which where also stolen. 6 months later the same checks came through her account. Mind you she paid a fee to have those checks cancelled. This ordeal has cost her almost 3,000 dollars. The banker from the East saint Louis illinois branch told my grandmother the bank may not be able to recover her funds even though this was clearly a banking error. I really don't think this bank is as good as you guys are saying it is."

"I don't bank here but a few years ago my girlfriends car battery died during a snow storm and she had to leave her car in their lot until she got out of work. She even left a note apologizing and explaining. They had her car towed anyway which cost her almost $500. It was only there for 8 hours... It's a huge lot and she put the car in the back away from the banks doors. That's just a really low thing to do. I still drive by that bank and shake my head knowing they lack character, which is ironic since character is one of the '5 C's of credit' which a banker should know. Thinking bout this bank today - Editing 3 years later just to keep this fresh."
