"My 18-year-old son went to cash a check at [busey] that he regularly receives and has cashed multiple times before without issue. This time, he was asked for a second form of ID for the first time. He has never needed more than one ID before, and the bank could easily verify his history of cashing checks there, even though he's not a member. This inconsistency was inconvenient and confusing for my son, and it caused unnecessary stress. I believe the bank should have a more consistent policy or at least consider a customer's history before changing their requirements. Better training for staff on handling regular customers would be beneficial."

"This was my first time ever visiting this bank as I am a credit union member. As I got to the door the layout of the facility was completely confusing as I couldn't figure out where the tellers were because when I walked in it look like it was all cubicles turns out the tellers are all the way in the back of your kind of have to walk around the cubicles... however once I did make it to the teller the gentleman was extremely professional are friendly and even was kind enough to answer one of my questions regarding how they handle transactions which was very nice."

They haven't even updated the online information. I love Pulaski bank but these people seem like the three stooges of banking."
