"This is by far the worst place I have come to do business with. The African American heavy set man had a horrible attitude. He didn’t try to assist me in any way. When I tried talking to him and asked him how he was doing, he rolled his eyes. I watched him go over to a African American food delivery man and start going off on him and curse him out and creating a scene for no reason.I’ve been banking with this company for years and I’ve greatly considered changing banks. After this encounter ,I don’t see a reason to stay at this bank at all.They are extremely unprofessional and very ignorant.There are better banks to go to in Clayton. This is not one of them. Don’t waste your time with poor service. You deserve better.Roger Morris is the employee that was ridiculously rude to me. Oddly, I notice that he also tried to give a 5 star rating for this bank which is how they are trying to hide their horrible service and bump their rating up."
"Called this location a couple of months ago go see if I could cash a large Chase Bank check. Spoke to the Brach Manager, I believe, and she told me I absolutely could, just bring it to any Chase branch. I went to their branch and told the teller what the manager told me. The teller went ahead and tried to cash it and a second later told me that the check couldn’t be chased. I was very confused because I had just talked to the brach manager 30 minutes before showing up. The check was a reimbursement from my mortgage company so it was definitely legit. I asked her why couldn’t it be cashed. She just said that it couldn’t and would not give me further explanation. As I was trying to understand, her attitude was very dismissive. Stunned, I said ok and as I was walking away, the manager was coming out of her office. I stopped her, told her I had just called and explained what just happened. She told me that sometimes the system prevents them from cashing their own checks…which was a bit baffling to me. She didn’t say I’ll handle it, let me see what the issue may be. Nothing. She told me it would be better to cash it at my bank. Sad part is I was really contemplating opening a Chase account, but definitely won’t now. I went to my local credit union and deposited the check. Even though there was a pretty long hold, I’ll stick with them."
"Took off work for a scheduled appointment to create a new account with this bank, walked in early and they told me that they canceled my appointment and tried to contact me but had no contact information for me, so could not contact me. Definitely gave them my information when I scheduled the appointment, And I know they have it because they sent me multiple updates via email. Honestly just aggravated that they couldn’t “find” my information to give me a heads up."
