Commerce Bank

"I have been a member of commerce Bank for 40+ years. It seems like their service is really getting worse and worse you can’t bank before the bank opens at an ATM because they’re always down. I pull up to a bank that doesn’t open for at least 30 to 45 minutes and the ATM says temporarily out of service, what the heck is going on with Commerce? In today’s world, these types of situations are way too inconvenient. Why don’t I just go to my credit union? I know there’s a fee to use other ATMs, but I can go to any ATM and a lot of them are actually working.!"

Whether I'm going through the drive up window, or have business inside the building, my concerns and requests are always satisfied in a profession yet friendly manner. "I have had both good and bad service at this bank. Overall the staff are friendly and helpful, however the drive up deposits take forever. While I understand it can get busy, it’s probably quicker to walk in and get it complete that way. I will say I have seen an improvement in customer service in the past months!"

"To many new faces to often . The bankers over drafted my account two times in a month simple mistake but the manager made me feel like it was all my fault then scolded me also embarrassed me in front of customers for there errors . One of the wonderful ladies who should be the manager sorted it out quickly and was accommodating also very professional and polite !"
