"The staff here are extremely professional and friendly. They have always been helpful. I have been a customer for over a decade and they know me by name, I'm sure I'm not the only one. After hour deposits are always handled in a timely manner and I can rest easy if on a busy schedule that I don't need to deposit money during operation hours to get my money. I know that any questions I have on the phone will be taken care of and I have never felt rushed to get off the phone. They are a smaller operation in Saint Louis, but the professionalism is on par, if not better, than nation wide chains."

"I am wondering why this bank won't open their doors. There are masks, hygiene, plexiglass, vaccine and appropriate measures could be utilized! I'm sure employees shop and go to businesses so why the reason to stay closed indefinitely is senseless. Positivity is low now and as a RN, I am aware if one takes the precautions one can remain safe without endangering anyone. Customer service through a drive up is a bit too much a year later."
