"This is a review for Citi Credit Card administration. Annually, this is the second time I am forced to change my password. I am literally locked out of access to my account via the application on my phone. I pay $120 for this card. The app malfunctions, and the only way to get access again is to change the password. This time, I changed the password and was asked to confirm via a code sent to my phone. I copied the code and tried to paste it. The app would not accept the paste. It wanted me to manually enter a 15-digit code. I'm 68 years old. My memory is not good enough to remember the code so I made errors trying to enter the code. I my age, I don't need the frustration or stress on my heart trying to enter a number copied from a text for Citi, sent directly to my phone on record for my card. So now I'm locked out of my account because Citi doesn't respect elderly members, forces password changes, and programs their application to lock out customers, depriving them of the ability to monitor their account. I pay for the card. I pay my balance monthly. I will be canceling this card for lack of respect and for lousy service. I also plan to file a complaint with the BBB."
