"ATM won't take deposits maybe because the bank be closed..But it's really inconvenient because they don't open until 10 and close at 4..Then they don't even open on Saturday..But got the nerve to charge a maintenance fee every month..Yeah it's time for me to switch banks!!!"

"I posted this original review below but had to come back to update. I received a call from the VP of the region and she assured me that corrections were in place to make changes to improve customer service. I am very hopeful that customer service improves at this branch. Nice to know BoA is listening!! Original review...... This bank is HORRIBLE with customer service. An African American man tried to cash my out of state check and they were rude and degrading. I am hoping that executives at BoA read this chain of reviews and make some changes. Customer service is non-existent here! As a 30+ year customer of BoA, I knew his treatment was unacceptable. I asked to speak to the branch manager (who was useless and defended his employees), so I spoke to the VP of the region. I thought I would receive better service for this gentleman but he went back to this same branch and once again they were rude!! After I told them to cash this check, they made the gentleman GET BACK IN LINE. Humiliating and rude! Shows they don't care about any form of customer service."
"I hope you don't need to see a teller, you might be waiting In line for over 30 minutes. Literally over 30 mins every time I come here. Then the teller wants to gossip. No... wants to talk about someone we both know, but she barley even knows, why are you trying to get in our biz? And what she was saying is not even true... you want to gossip make sure you've got the truth so you don't look so stupid talking about people and a situation you know nothing about."
