"I have been a long term banker at chase and recently couldn’t get ahold of my previous private client banker and I was deeply considering switching banks but I’m so glad I walked into the wentzville branch and met Kevin! Kevin is a problem solver and truly saved chase from losing our business. I went in thinking chase wouldn’t allow me to switch someone that’s more understanding and available but they let me switch to Kevin. Kevin always replies to my emails and calls me we have been working together weekly on a budget and he’s been teaching us to utilize all chase benefits that I had no idea about. I love that he cares and understands my future goals and makes sure I know about all my options with chase for the future. It makes me feel more secure about using chase now and the future. I love that he’s a phone call away no more waiting days or weeks for a reply. I highly recommend anyone debating on if chase is the best for your business/personal to sit down with Kevin and see all that chase has to offer. I’ve been banking with them since 2019 and I’ve learned more in the two weeks I’ve spent with Kevin than in the years I’ve banked with them and he’s by far one is the best private client banker chase has. (We have had about 5 ) The bank overall is welcoming and the branch manager always seems to be at the door with a smile. This location provides a more personal experience."
"I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service and people of this bank. I go in the other day to deposit some coin rolls (?), after being told they no longer have a coin counter. Okay that’s fine. Didn’t know. I go in yesterday for them to deposit the coin rolls and two employees were EXTREMELY rude about it. I’m just a college student trying to do something for myself. The two employees, a guy and a woman, were practically complaining about doing their jobs. I point to them which coin rolls were full, now if I wasn’t supposed to tape them that’s my mistake. But they uncut all of them. Then manually sorted. The duo proceeded to complain for about 20 minutes about having to hand count coins, the ways in which I packed coins, and how “ it’ll take until 5pm to sort this!” (Many varieties of this) and other small things constantly. They complained about having to redo what I did and bring out some sort of coin sorter device. It was EXTREMELY rude/unprofessional to shame a customer, a college student no less, in front of them. I work in food service and everyone knows that if you want to gossip about weird customers you wait until they leave or are out of ear shot. After I was done I thanked them awkwardly for helping and the woman snidely said “ well you’re welcome but next time you might not be so lucky! There might be people behind you next time so do it right!” I felt like an idiot the whole time standing there. I got there at 4:10-ish and left at 4:30-ish. It didn’t take long at all and it wasn’t 5pm. I was shocked by how I was treated."
"Difficult banking experience, set up an account and then couldn’t use Zelle, got hung up on by customer support, and the google maps destination isn’t accurate"
"I live in Wentzville, but I will never visit this place again. I'll go to the branch in Lake St Louis, even if it's a bit further away. They are much friendlier and better at solving problems."
"This new chase is really nice, I’m still trying to get use to the fact that there is a Chase bank branch in Missouri but none of the less the employees are nice and very professional helping you the best way they can."
