Debra was rude and condescending to my wife over the phone. Not friendly, and seemed to be bothered by doing her job. I first applied for a mortgage with First Bankers Trust and the guy I dealt with whom I only spoke on the phone with once needed some documents so I emailed them to him as instructed and he never got back to me. After a week of waiting, I called him a few times during the next week and left messages asking him to get back to me and he never did. Done with that unprofessional experience, Diana at State Street Bank was recommended to me and it's been a breeze ever since.
