"We've been pleased with each of our experiences with King-Lynk. Most recent was my grandfather's funeral and cremation. Previously we've used them for my husband's parents funerals and our daughter. They have shown great care and sympathy each and every time."
"King-Lynk gives quality care with such compassion and understanding in a families most difficult time. I can't thank all the staff enough for there care and compassion."
"What happened was the funeral director jumped into the hearse and took off before I could even get to my car but my daughter and niece did she said they went flying down the road at 70 miles an hour she serving in and out of traffic no police escort for the family even though we was going to the national cemetery in keokuk unbelievable way to treat a grieving family"
"Tonight my wife passed away. She was in hospice care and her time came. My wife had told me that when she passed, she wanted the funeral at King--Lynk because her family had used them and like it. When the hospice nurse called, things turned for the worse, somehow. After asking a few question, they asked to talk to me. First question, do you have funeral insurance? Then do you have money? How do you plan on paying. No we don't take payments. If you have her cremated, you can save some money. You can have someone local do the cremating and have a service here in a couple months when you know what you want to do and can afford it. I asked the man if I could call him back so I could talk to my family. He told me we will be asleep down here. I can not give this place a low enough rating. Finally after I hung up on him and had the hospice nurse call a different home, he had the nerve to call back and ask if my needs were met. How anyone the deals with grieving family can treat someone in this manner that is literally standing over his dead wife is beyond me. Thank You Snyder & Hollenbaugh for remembering that you're dealing with people that are grieving"
"It was a very expensive funeral considering we didn't have a full service due to Covid. Always remember there are many options for a beautiful service at a much lower cost."
