"My dear friend Delores Blacketer had a written out request for her wishes to be followed upon her death. She was estranged from her children. My daughter and I had adopted her last year and loved her as she did us. Upon her death Rory O'DONNELL totally disregarded her wishes. The family that wasn't with her during her battle with Cancer and at her side as she took her last breath were welcomed and her adopted family was disregarded as we were nothing. I want to thank Emily for being so kind and professional when she picked up Delores body. I will never recommend a funeral home that doesn't honor someone's last wishes."

"Jimmy and Rory are absolutely wonderful people. When my father was diagnosed with cancer, he took it amongst himself to plan his own funeral to keep the burden off of my family. My mother and I met with Jimmy on Monday and with Rory on Tuesday. Both men were kind and gentle and worked so well with us. We let them know that the music, the obituary, and almost the whole service was going to be a surprise to our family and they could not have done a better job. The staff was able to really capture the essence of my father and we spent our time actually celebrating his life and those memories. This morning I felt nothing but dread as I prepared to bury my father, but the service was so beautifully done and I don’t regret anything from the day. My family is more content than sorrowful and for that I am unable to put into words how grateful I am for this group of people."
