"Been banking here for almost 10 years and never had a problem. Until today. Went to the drive thru at 8th street to cash change in and the teller wouldn’t walk to the lobby to cash in my change when I have an account. I drove 50 minutes one way and will be pulling my money out soon and not baking there again."

"I've been a customer for 20 plus years. Doesn't hold any merit these days it seems. Having 3 accounts and apparently that doesn't matter either. Even having relatives working here can't even help. I'm glad there are other banking options available in our area."

"Worst bank ever. Will talk you into the worst loans saying they will work with you then flat refuse. And will report false tax information when you sell a home that they didn't even have a loan on with us. Choose somewhere else. Crooks and liars the lot of them."
