Went to the drive thru at 8th street to cash change in and the teller wouldn’t walk to the lobby to cash in my change when I have an account. I drove 50 minutes one way and will be pulling my money out soon and not baking there again."

"I've been a customer for 20 plus years. Doesn't hold any merit these days it seems. Having 3 accounts and apparently that doesn't matter either. Even having relatives working here can't even help. I'm glad there are other banking options available in our area."
