"If I could give these people 0 stars I would. I called and received a letter about a debt that didn't belong to me. Not only was the person that answered the phone rude but the manager that I asked to speak to was rude. When I asked how to dispute the debt the person still didn't give me a solid answer. This company needs to be shut down and they got the right one. I will be going to the ends of the earth to get this company shut down because they are using illegal practices to collect debt and again this wasn't my debt. Don't worry about calling them because they work together to not show and exhibit professionalism. This company needs to be shut down. Furthermore they are attempting to be a family court and telling me I'm responsible for a debt for my child. I understand they are debt collectors but to be rude and send me a collection notice from April 2023 in August 2024. That's completely ridiculous."

"If I could give this company no stars, I would. Not only are they extremely rude, they attempted to put an account that was from my husbands ex-wife's failure to pay. Then they told us that it's his kids bill and that he is financially responsible for this debt. First, you do not have the right to arbitrarily put a debt on someone's account when you have a person who signed all the paperwork saying they were the financially responsible party. If they call you do not verify anything. They should be able to give you all the information that they need. Mike west is the rudest person ever. He should not be in a position where he has to talk to anyone let alone the wall. Horrible company employees..."

"What a joke- was making monthly payments and paid every month, but then went and got an order to freeze bank account, when I have proof of my payments. Also asked every month with my payments to send me a statement of my total balance and have yet to receive anything from them."

"Sara was awesome! I can't thank her enough, for clearing up a bogus billing error I'd been fighting for years. The company I'd been arguing with, claimed I owed way more than I actually did. Tbh, I was rather rude with Sara, explaining the situation I'd been going through with a billing issue with a certain medical establishment over the past five years. I called her back to apologize, amd she got to the bottom of it quickly! I'm so grateful beyond words, I can't thank her enough!! Many thanks to Sara, for helping me."

"This staff is extremely rude. I attempted to pay my college sons past due bill for a 3rd party anesthesiologist out of Lake Forest. As a college student he had moved at years end and never received it. Also medical bills were to be sent to our address. We had a year of medical bills from Iowa City, a local doctor, Mayo Clinic and this is the only one that wasn't paid. The request for payment only has a stamp for this agency with no return number also no return envelope. The woman (R) demanded payment from my son while I was trying to pay the bill on another line. Out of fear he paid it because he didn't want to ruin his credit history. Mind you his health situation is aggravated by stress. I was put on hold and all R had to do was tell him I was on the other line attempting to pay this for him and did he authorize me to do it. Instead she receives the payment from him, can't tell me its been paid and says Ma'am you need to call your son in a voice that conveyed a serious problem. She said she couldn't release that information to me. But if I had called 20 minutes earlier offering to pay with his account number she would have gladly taken my money. Not all people you get referred to your office are trying to avoid your bills. Sometimes they just really don't receive them. Our bill was $54.72"
