"I was told I needed to put a shirt on over my existing clothing when I went to donate after going through all the screening, after over an hour wait, because my tank top was too revealing. I have no idea what my clothing has to do with donating blood. I walked out after that and will never go back. Very strange experience and overall terrible customer service. Do not recommend. Pictured is exactly what I was wearing."

"It's okay it's not the best it's clean and the pay is not worth it at all not unless you are a new patient and then their paying even less than any other donation center in the quad cities. I don't even think the pay goes by weight here. If your looking for a decent pay for your plasma this is not the place 40-60$ pay outs 70$ new patient 1st visit 2nd visit 100$ than 70 again...it's just not worth it for 40$. I recommend CSL Plasma they have their good days and bad days but the pay is way better there than here."

"The phlebs and nurses are there day-in and day-out providing the best service possible, ensuring each donation is as safe and comfortable as can be. I am always greeted with a smile when I go in and there is always someone there to help if needed."

"I give on Saturdays and Wednesdays! Wednesdays are great and never have an issue. The last two Saturdays the employees have let marks to where I am being questions like I am doing something when I get my arms checked, was not happy about that. I have spoke with manager and notes where taking. I am not going to stop coming, I believe with feedback everyone can fix and change issues that are happening. I can and will continue feedback to give your company the chance to look into issues and retrain or even set new Sop's."
