Wells Fargo Bank 5309 North Brady Street, Davenport, IA 52806

"The Tap to Pay @ N. Brady St ATM is broken. I tried multiple times, restarted my phone (thinking it might have something to do with G Pay) drove around the building 2x (to let the car behind me through) but it never worked. After 15 minutes of trying, I gave up. Can a "Tap to Pay Broken" sign be put up? I do understand things break & or misfunction. I havnt had an issue other then tonight. I was able to pull money out of another Wellsfargo ATM, so I know it wasn't a problem with GPay."

"terrible staff. horribly rude. i have never banked at a place that’s given me so much trouble. not only has banking with wells fargo been difficult, but this branch specifically always treats me so badly that i’ve left this building crying before. i really hope the decide to get some new employees. not a single one has shown me kindness. they have pretended to not see me for 15+ minutes, sighs and eye rolls when i ask questions (and i mean dramatically), and staff has straight up lied to me about my account more than once just to get me out of the building. i don’t know what i could have done to these people, but the staff here has convinced me to switch banks and never go to a wells fargo ago. best decision i’ve ever made, haven’t had trouble banking since. would never recommend this place."

"I have been with WF for a long time. I am absolutely done with them. I am opening a new account elsewhere and closing all of my accounts with these people. Do not go to them. They will lie to get you to open extra accounts and cards. Not going to return. Ill go with out an account before i will return as a customer."
