"Beautiful views and great people"
"An older Church in the bottom area of Thebes. The village of Thebes in this area is severely blighted with run down boarded up buildings etc. However, with the lack of any businesses, the village of Thebes, most likely struggles with maintenance and infrastructure upkeep. The Mississippi river is within walking distance of this Church and also a small children's playground. Also, of notable interest is the Thebes Railroad bridge that connects Illinois and Missouri."
