"SO SO Happy I found this place!! Besides having weight to lose, I have struggled with insomnia and severe fatigue since having my second child, 3 years ago. I've been to several different doctors looking for help or answers, to no avail, and after, I came across Prescription Fitness. Within 2 weeks of 3 visits per week, I slept through the night for the first time in YEARS, which has resulted in less crippling fatigue. I knew that better sleep was a benefit to consistent exercise, but I didn't expect it to happen that fast! Aaaaaand 4-5 weeks in, my clothes are already starting to get uncomfortably loose. It's amazing!! I am super super picky and nervous about fitness trainers, and I fully trust Brandon, as he is clearly well educated. Thanks to Prescription Fitness, I feel like I am on the road to getting my life back, and the best is that I am feeling less geriatric every day!! HIGHLY recommend!!"
