"I've been going to UFP for several years now off and on and it's a great gym! If a warehouse gym isn't your thing, that's not UFP's fault. Super reasonable prices for 24 hour access. Everytime I'm in there during normal hours (before 8pm) the staff is busy cleaning equipment, floors, locker rooms, etc. The bathrooms and locker rooms are always clean! They have someone who does maintenance/upkeep on the equipment. The equipment isn't "fancy" like those big box gyms, but it's it good condition, functional, and gets the job done. They've added quite a few very nice (and expensive) pieces of equipment in the past couple years. The staff is always super happy and helpful. The gym has a great vibe and I've always felt safe and comfortable at UFP. They have quite a few classes to choose from as well as their bootcamps and private instructors. They also do shakes/smoothies! It's a gym that feels like home."

"If you want a gym that cares about your fitness goals, makes you feel like family and is spotlessly clean, this is the gym for you. There is a wide variety of equipment and is well maintained. The owner, staff and trainers are all amazing and care about you as a person. If you are a beginner or not, young or older you will fit in and feel welcome. I have been to a few gyms but never have I felt so comfortable. Best gym ever!"
