"Clicheely I would put no stars down if I could as people tend to say it has been about 7 days now and I was a new customer and registered as so and I opted in for the cash match promotion they had and it wasn't much only like $50 and it said that there's going to take 72 hours to receive that back which is ridiculous but that's not the problem The problem is is it's been about a week now and I still haven't received it and it is impossible to get a hold of a customer service representative and even if you do it takes an hour or two and if you're not staring right at your phone for the entire hour or two that you're waiting they only give you a 20 seconds if that to respond to them saying hello how can I help you and if you don't respond they close it and then you have to reapply to talk to somebody and it takes another couple hours This is the worst bookies I've dealt with so far FanDuel is the one go to FanDuel"

"This place is a joke, do not bet with them. I misplaced my three winning tickets as we couldn’t go in to cash in due to Corona Virus. I did take pictures of the tickets like I used to in Vegas and had zero problems redeeming. I have the barcode/receipt in a picture, they can tell that no one has cashed it in yet the refuse to pay me!!! Their customer service is the worst ever. Trust me find a more reputable sports book! I will update here if by chance they ever respond and allow me to cash out. Plain robbery!!"

Then you win a bet and if you don't chase them down to pay you the winnings they just magically don't pay you. I would certainly be very very careful if you feel like using this sports book.
