"an amazing gym! i have been to multiple gyms, including other CrossFit gyms and none are comparable. Millstone is always clean and tidy. All of the machines work, and all of the equipment is in excellent condition. and the FLOORS, the floors are always clean, which is a huge plus when you’re face down doing burpees. Not to mention all the coaches and other gym members are super helpful and friendly."
