"GREAT PLACE TO WORKOUT! Similar to crossfit...some crossfit-goers that have attended say its better and definitely cheaper.. and have joined! At my first class I quickly realized that the trainer caters to how each person can perform individually, even though it was a group class. They continue to be very patient and persistent on teaching me the correct techniques to ensure that I am benefiting from every workout. Overall, I learned that during the class, it’s all about performing to your personal best with your individual weight. This gym has a great atmosphere, warm and supportive members and staff...definitely worth a try!
