They give each of their clients a personal trainer who meets with you often to talk about what you’re eating and how to do it differently. They are also great at holding you accountable to make sure you get to the gym at least three days a week! Can’t say enough good things about XRP Fitness in DeWitt! In just 6 weeks I lost 13 points pounds and 2 inches off my waist!"

"I started at XRP at 7 months postpartum to help get me back into fitness after having my daughter. I didn’t work out my entire pregnancy. So I was worried when I started that I wouldn’t be able to do any of this since I lost most of my strength during that time. But boy was I wrong. All of the trainers have been so accommodating providing modifications that I’ve been comfortable doing since loosing all my core strength and stability from pregnancy. Since starting I’ve noticed a huge improvement with my strength and endurance. My core doesn’t feel as unstable any more and I love being able to see the progress in moving more weight! I also love not knowing what we will be doing until you arrive at the gym. This helps me because i like doing different things and it’s never the same workout everyday. It’s also nice not knowing because knowing myself, if it’s something I don’t like to do, I’m less likely to go. Everyone one here is so nice and friendly, from members to staff to the owners! The members are also encouraging as well. Always saying how great a job everyone did that day Highly recommend checking this place out if your looking for a great gym with a great atmosphere."
