"Terrible walmart, had bad experience twice. They have their own return policy. If you dont have receipt, they only exchage items. If you dont have plan to shope that day, you are stuck.They don't give you the return (with out rdceipt)amount in gift cards for later purchase. Some associates are moody. Last year night shift manager gave my brother a suspicious look who is a medical doctor. He complained to the store manager, now he doesnt go this walmart. I am engineer by profession, and I don't like being seen as shope lifter. I did shope and returns other walmarts, but didn't have any problem. I will never shope here. I think the regional manager need to pay close attention to this store and it's management system. I have attached their justification not to accept your return item. They have a return instruction on the return exchange desk. At the end of the instruction it says " walmart reserve the right to modify the terms of this policy at any time" based on this they deny your return. Don't shope at this store, you can be denied to return items on later days."
