"I made my appt online. If you don't have an appt, you don't go inside. I was sure to have my properly filled out claim form. I had my SS card and drivers license.I went to the door and the security told me to wait in the car and she would wave at me when it was my turn. Why? They only allow one claimant in the facility at a time.The security was professional,helpful,nice as well as the staff member that processed my winnings.Why did I have such a wonderful experience and others that left awful reviews didn't? The reason is I actually followed the correct procedure. NO , you can't get your check if you don't have your claim form,picture ID,SS card or make an appt. I saw a man walk off all ticked off trying to redeem a ticket. He was turned away because he didn't make an appt!! FOLLOW the RULES people and you will have a nice experience!!!"

"I feel that you should abide by your policy. It states Federal or State Tax Return or W2 form as proof of ssn. I arrive with both tax returns, the lady says you have to have forms as well. Security was very unfriendly and seemed miserable. I agree with the last review. If you don’t like your job quit. No need to treat people rude."
