"Rented a 10x20 storage unit on-line. Assigned a Unit Number. Signed a Contract and made the appropriate down payment. Contract did not list which location the Unit was at. No gate code assigned. Had to call the telephone number twice. Left a message. No return call, so we called back. Got to the storage unit, lock on the door. Called again, left a message. No return call, so we called back and was advised they would remove the lock at 5:30 p.m. Received a call back unit was still full of someone else's belongings and that the unit size we needed was not available. Requested refund instead of waiting for them to get their paperwork and units together for rental."
