"Moved in on a weekend while they were closed, had my own lock and key. Everything worked fine until I moved out in December. Told a man in the office I was done, and moving everything out that night, Continued to get charged for months, sent emails telling them I’m not in that unit anymore, Three months of nothing, not really my problem, until they call me in March asking why I wasn’t paying. I told them what happened, and the man on the phone blamed it on someone else and apologized. All good until they once again charge me the next month. I call, and talk to a lady who was great. She stopped everything, told me the unit was Clean as I left nothing in there and swept it out. Everything’s even stevens right? Get an email that I’m not getting my deposit back and I owe money for the months after, because I “didn’t return the lock, and left the unit dirty.” Never had their lock and had an employee verify that it was clean. Sent an email, still never heard anything back. Very unorganized and a lot of my stuff had clear water damage from the units bad roads and flooding. Wouldn’t recommend at all. And if you’re one of the employees involved, I’m sorry you have to work for such an unorganized place."

"I had lost the keys and was having some issues with my unit. I’ve been a customer here for a couple years now and they helped me out, cut the lock off, and gave me a new set of keys for no charge. Love this place!"

"Spoke with a woman on 08/11/16 over the phone. She was EXTREMELY rude and hung up on me 3 times. Do not go here if you want good customer service. Update: I called back the next day 08/12/16 and spoke with Rollin, the owner. He was just as rude as the woman I spoke to. Save yourself the trouble and don't come here."
