Welcome to Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church, a cherished place of worship located at 1430 Summit Avenue, East St. Louis, Illinois. As a vibrant and welcoming community, we have proudly served the East St. Louis area since 1889. Our mission is to share the message of redemption available through Jesus Christ with every man, woman, boy, and girl.
At Mt. Olive, we believe in fostering a strong sense of community and spiritual growth. Join us for our weekly Prayer Meeting every Wednesday at 6 PM, followed by Bible Study at 7 PM, where we delve deeper into the teachings of the Bible and strengthen our faith together.
Our church is not just a place for worship, but a community where members actively participate in various ministries, including our beloved youth choir. As one of our members beautifully expressed, "I love being a part of the youth choir... I love being a part of the fight for Christ."

And everyone feels at home.
