"I have called in 3 times. Mind you I have PERFECT connection. I even looked to see and it was perfect connection. The 1st time a young lady hung up on me. 2nd time spoke with the same young lady and she claimed she couldn't hear me. The 3rd time a man answered and he claimed he couldn't hear me. But when I started yelling he heard that. And when he said please repeat your social he claimed to not hear again. THIS COMPANY IS GARBAGE! HIRE BETTER WORKERS WHO WOULDNT MIND WORKING"

"I have been trying to get someone on the phone or to call me back since May! I have no problem coming into talk to someone exceptfor I cannot even figure out where the actual unemployment office is! I have 3 children and its been a real struggle. If anyone knows where i can go to get my issue resovlved because it cannot be done online I need a live human being!"

"I applied 7 weeks ago it’s says pending issue I have called & waited on hold countless hours just to be hung up on. This is absolutely heart wrenching. I am 2 months behind on rent, not to mention I am completely out of food to feed my children. I have been working on my credit for years & now it is ruined from just 2 months. this is truly devastating. I cannot believe our government has failed us this miserably. why haven’t they sent help to these offices and treated this as the National emergency that it is. I have never had this much trouble getting a job. I have applied so many places & followed up and still cannot gain employment this is like nothing I could have ever imagined. 7 weeks & waiting. I was talking to people at my local grocery store people are still waiting who filed in April & still have not heard anything & cannot get through to speak to anyone."

"I have had an issue on file for three weeks. I called at 8:15am and the initial wait time was 13minutes but then the automated system kicked in and I have been on hold for 5:35:45 and counting. I'm writing this review while on hold. The explanation for "issue on file" doesn't say anything or lead to a resolution. Then I called from a friends phone and the wait time was 171 minutes (3 hours) less than the time I have currently been on hold. I understand issues and time however there has to be a better system because clearly this is not it."

"Where to begin. I understand they're busier right now but I'm going on 3 weeks without income and my mortgage is due next week , not to mention regular bills and a car payment. I lost my second income so I've been making $500 LESS every month than I was befor , so I definitely don't have any money to spare. Hours on hold every day for over a week, plus my HR person has also been calling and emailing . I literally don't know how I'm going to pay anything, and I don't even know what the issue is."
