"My car got broken into in this garage. Beware of inadequate security and poor attitude anytime you interact with the staff. Would recommend any other parking solution instead, if possible. This is the 2nd month after cancelling my parking that they have continued to charge me??"

"This morning, somewhat mixed emotions at present. Here’s the situation: I am a monthly parker, the garage is fairly secure as there are security personnel 24/7 making rounds on ALL floors. This early morning 5:15 am ish I could not leave! The gate system was DOWN. Some folks tried to go OUT through the IN door, but only managed to Jam up the outer gate, and this ONLY three stars! ✨ all-in-all not a bad place to park, IN STL CITY!"

"Expensive for St. Louis ($3/hr), elevator doesn’t seem to work going down but works going up (strange). Signs for exiting could be clearer. Otherwise clean and well-lit. The lights in the garage have motion detection"
