"It’s a government office so show up with patience, and kindness for the employees. Justin Z was incredibly helpful assisting me with questions regarding Earnings Tax and quickly cleared up any confusions I had."
"I have paid my bill twice now I have a bill for 3x the water bill. Where is the money. You keep doing this to me every year I pay over and over the same bill. Someone I'd stealing my money"
"Absolute worst office. Have an issue with an incorrect bill last year. Called and emailed them a year ago. Tried several times to get help as I moved out of the area. They refused to help me either by phone or email. No response. A year later I need to rectify the bill. They won't help me. They would not respond either to email or by phone. I can't fax. So, I can't imagine if someone moved out of state. They couldn't fix this. I now need to waste my day driving hours away and sitting in line because what should be a simple "please mail me a form to rectify the bill" is now a whole day venture. It should not be this hard to fix a billing error."
"Trying to figure out how to pay the taxes and register my first owned vehicle, the lady at the Collector of Revenue yelled at me in front of everyone saying how their DMV was closed so i needed to go elsewhere, went to the DMV and they told me I needed to get my property tax first, went back to city hall and waited, but at least the people at the Assessor room was nicer, then finally went back to the DMV. Wouldn't have wasted 4 hours trying to figure all this out if that lady wasn't so rude and seemed offended that I wanted to pay my taxes for my car."
