Reviews
"The Robert A. Young Federal Building is an iconic governmental structure in St. Louis. Its architecture and historical significance make it a prominent landmark. The building's role in housing federal offices reflects its importance in civic life."
"Quite and very clean place with friendly security. You could not bring any kind of weapons or liquids, it is scan checking before offices. But there are not any big lines of peoples. We did biometrics for immigration documents. Was a little long way from Christian County but it is good experience. We visited it 3 times and every time we live a car at the $8 parking. It is easy, than find a good place for free parking."
"Once you get over the fact that you pay nearly 9 bucks for parking in a private lot in order to go to the federal building all is well. It used to be a lot more intimidating. The private security firm at the entrance seems capable enough, the younger folks on staff can come off as more offensive."
"I'm very impressed with how well I was treated by the staff at the IRS. Professional but a touch of personal. Security is very attentive and if you have a lot of stuff in your pockets and belt. If it's not needed I'd level it in the car."
"Government Building.. very helpful building staff. Was there to see the irs. It took me longer to find a parking spot than It did to see the irs and fix my issue. Friendly and very professional. So if you have a issue.. call the 800 # and get a appointment. And get your issue fixed. Make sure you bring everything they asked you to bring.."
