"Honestly, when I called, I did not expect the level of service that I received. Phillip (who answered the first number I googled) surpassed any expectations that I had for assistance. I had a very specific request - which was for a copy of my marriage license- but I had not anticipated needing it a certain way. Phillip REALLY took care of me and I don't believe it was even his area of work.
