"Their chat system is always down. When I go to check on the status of a project no one knows what is going on. I put in a request over a year ago for a tree removal. And they said it was supposed to be done in September of 2023 yet here it is July of 2024 and the tree is still standing and my sidewalk is still not fixed. No one knows what's going on."

"This bureau is terrible. If you submit a complaint on line, they do nothing. You have to follow up on the phone with the service request #s They have done nothing to omit the the horiffic trash problem.Trash isn't picked up for weeks and months at a time !!! It is a health hazard !!!! The alderman then has to take your service #s and follow up. After works of garbage piling up ,maybe you'll get the trash picked up. They supposedly have neighborhood improvement specialists but they are phantoms."
