"It is very obvious that the United States postal Service does not give one hot damn about this location or the people that it's supposed to serve. Yes the old woman at the front is the most rude and least of experience when it comes to being a polite customer service person. They are never open when they say they'll be open and they always run out of things that they're supposed to have you know like stamps and money orders. I wish I could give negative stars. How do you have a job that you hate so much that you keep returning to? The post office obviously don't care cuz they don't respond to anything anyone has said about this trifling location. Fire her old evil tail!"
"It's fine"
"A big difference Now that new Clerk has been assigned, she's very pleasant, helpful, place is clean and service is great."
"My visit to this USPS location on February 23, 2019, was an exceptionally frustrating and disappointing experience, one that has completely turned me off from ever using their services again. Despite arriving during their advertised hours of operation (10 AM to 12 PM), I was met with the unwelcome surprise of finding the place inexplicably closed. This incident is indicative of a larger problem of unreliability and poor customer service. When a postal service, a fundamental community resource, fails to adhere to its own stated hours, it reflects a blatant disregard for the needs and schedules of its customers. People plan their day and rely on these hours to conduct important postal tasks, only to have their time and effort wasted. Moreover, this lack of reliability in basic operations such as adhering to opening hours raises serious questions about their overall competence and commitment to service. If such a fundamental aspect of service delivery is neglected, it casts doubt on their ability to handle other, more complex aspects of postal service with any degree of efficiency or care. This experience was not just a minor inconvenience; it was emblematic of a systemic failure in meeting customer expectations. The frustration of altering one's schedule, taking time out of a busy day, and then facing the futility of the effort due to the location's unexplained closure is incredibly disheartening. It undermines the trust and dependability that are crucial to any service-oriented business, especially one as integral as the postal service. In summary, the failure of this USPS location to be open during its posted hours on February 23, 2019, was a significant breach of customer service standards. It's an episode that has firmly decided my choice to never patronize this particular location again. Such unreliability and apparent indifference to customer convenience are unacceptable, particularly for a service as essential as the postal service."
"I got ups email inform to let me no what's delivered, an I have seen my green dot card twice an still don't have my card. Why is it saying it should be in the mail an it's not. Everything else I see is but my green dot card. This the second time i have ordered it because I'm not receiving it. I call an call an no one ever answer the phone. Or they stealing the people stuff. What's going on cause this don't make sense. You can't activate my card without my social security number. So I don't understand why I haven't received either card but I have emails saying they supposed been mailed."
