"my husband has been buried there since January 20th 2023, and I've been having problems with these people ever since he's been buried there they take up his stakes with his picture on them, and I went to go visit the grave and his things were gone, I put those things there to identify his grave, they told me that was a makeshift memorial how, that's is his grave site I paid you people to bury him there anything I put on his grave should stay there, give people a list of dates for clean ups so that we can go and retrieve the things that we put down so we can go and put them back, I go visit my husband for peace and when I go to the last place his resting place and there is no peace I have a problem with that so my next step is to call all news outlets and put them on BLAST"
"My mother was buried here a year ago and we have been trying to get her stone placed ever since. We paid in full for the stone, but have received the run around since day one. I've been told multiple times that the stone will be there on a certain date and it doesn't arrive. No communication to say that it hadn't arrived until I email Alicia, the "general manager". Then it's a miscommunication and the stone "will be there" on another date...again it doesn't arrive. Thankfully she was buried in a family plot so we know where she is, unlike some of the other reviewers, but you would think that the owners would be more expedient and focused on helping their families lay their loved ones to rest without the immense amount of turmoil that has been experienced during this process. It is unprofessional, not compassionate at all and borderline inhumane for those just trying to find peace. Do better!"
"This is a beautiful Cemetery with some very beautiful old monuments as well as new. Well keep in the winter."
"This is Avery beautiful cemetery. Buried my mom in 1/15, every time me and my sister go it seems that she's been moved over will find her things that was placed on her head stone on somebody's else head stone. The staff always have a reason why things are always moved. It hurts my heart so bad to not having her now it's really broken too think she might not be in this spot."
"I am very disturbed ! My brother was buried there in September 2018. I went there in January 2019 to order a stone and put flowers on his gravesite . When I asked to see my brother's gravesite..the only thing they could show me was a huge pile of dirt in an area about a 40 ft by 40 ft and said your brother is somewhere in this area ? The worker tried to walk out the area were he thought my brother should in this huge pile of dirt but there was no markings of any kind for him to be sure . He guessed and area and stuck a flower there . We were very hurt and confused. When I confronted the office about my concerns, they gave several excuses as to why that area still looked like that after 5 months and tried to assure me he was over under all that pile of dirt according to there map? I asked after they remove the pile dirt could they dig down enough for me to see the top of my brothers casket and there response was for $500.00. I don't feel that's right or fair since they do not have any markings to show me exactly where my brother is after 5 months ! **My suggestion if you bury a love one there make sure you see them lower your love one in the ground and you put a mark on it then. Personally I would never ever bury someone there again. The Cemetery is a nice place and has been kept well However it was bought by another a new owner a li before my brothers (quote " burial ") And under new ownership is the reason why the service has changed from what other people who buried their love ones there in the past have experience !"
