If you don't mind suddenly paying through the roof, that is. 3 months after starting here, I received a notice in the mail saying monthly rental fees were increasing by 95%. The explanation was this to reflect market conditions "to the extent permitted by applicable law." Absolute bait and switch, unacceptable business behavior!"
