"Unfortunately, I’ve had nonstop issues for years with these people. I called them for my mothers engraving of her headstone approximately two years ago and still to this day they have not started the engagement or any of that and every time I call somehow I talk to the wrong people, and I ended up with Joyce, which was the rudest most, uncaring customer service representative I’ve ever spoken to the fact is they work with people that are going through grief and she had no compassion no respect and told me I was condescending and just went on and on thank God I have the The recording of the phone call do not go through them for any services"
