Returns phone calls sometimes but never follows up with promises. We have paid half and will ask for our money back soon. Hoping this review might spur some action."

"My daughter passed in 2020 and the height of the pandemic truly impacted all businesses. Her stone ordered was stuck on the barge and didn't arrive until September 2021. I understood that and accepted that this was something out of their control. Erich kept me informed on every little step and in the meantime, coached me on the importance of sending a high quality picture. I kept sending pics which were screenshots, selfies and they were not great quality. People need to understand- GET A PROFESSIONAL, FRONT-FACING PIC OF YOUR LOVED ONE!!!! SELFIES are not the best pics for high definition engraving on stones. Once I found the right picture of my daughter, they provided a mock of the pic on a small tile for my approval. I was so happy with the outcome and cried for hours holding the image. I am happy I chose Classic to prepare my daughter's final mark on this earth. PLEASE- don't rush this process, and please understand there is an intricate process into making a tombstone for your loved one. This is your loved ones final mark on the earth in creation, please be respectful and patient. The employees deal with grief and sadness all day and all they hope for is a final product that will bring you joy and peace. EVERY SOUL deserves a quality tombstone to mark their time on earth and grave. I will be back later to produce the final picture once her stone is laid. -Yulonda Brown"

"Classic Monument NORTH did a stellar job for my brother's monument. Joe was a special person, & deserved a special stone, & they delivered it! GORGEOUS! I'm a newbie to all of this, but Erich was there to help. He ALWAYS returned my calls, & news wasn't always good, there were delays, there were hurtles, some of which, I think even surprised him. Covid has changed almost everything, especially getting custom monuments! I guess I needed to learn a lesson in patience. It's a new world. You always know when people are upset, but I for one, want to recognize when something is right, & this stone was perfect! Thank You Erich of Classic Monument North! All my siblings agreed it caught the essence of who Joe was! From the bottom of my heart, Thank you!"

"If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid an $800 deposit June 3, 2022 and was told I would have the final design emailed and mailed to me via USPS by July 1st for final approval before they start making the headstone. It's August 31st and I've only gotten excuses and run around for just the design. Clearly the headstone is not going to happen anytime soon if they can't even produce a design in 90 days. I had to dispute charges with my credit card company."

"Eric was just amazing. When I requested information, he called me. He answered all my questions and did not make me feel rushed or pressured. He then emailed me information allowing me time to review the information. When I went to order the stone, he walked me through all my choices and there were far more things to decide then I realized. Eric was polite, and he made sure to make me feel like I was a priorty during my appointment. I found Eric to be very professional and compassionate. I highly recommend this company."
