"Everything very nice and calm"
"This is such a neat house that different caretakers used to live in. I think I read that nobody has lived in the house since 2001."
"Although you cannot journey inside this house it is a wonderful example of the type of architecture that can be difficult to find in the Midwest US. The story of how the house came to be and who used it (provided on the plaque nearby) is very interesting. For fans of architecture and history this is a don't miss."
"I have loved this cottage for 30+ years and after it’s recent restoration I just adore it even more. Plantings and hedge surround it and it couldn’t be more charming. At Christmastime the glassed-in corner porch used to be decorated for the holidays. I don’t know if it still is. It’s a treasure that causes one to dream about it’s history, who lived there and the fairies who lived in the garden."
