"Showed up 10 mins before close, was greeted with employees unhappy to help and didn't end up getting my package shipped."
"absolutely terrible !!! the door is always locked 5-15 mins before closing time. unbelievable that this is an actual govt office. always rude. had door shut in my face and locked 1 min before closing and i was dropping off a prepaid label package which means zero work for them. they do as little as possible to actually work and apparently there is no management escalations for problems or lost packages. noone takes any responsibility or even tries to offer an ounce of help. its always a pass to call a cust service number, go downtown, or go to the website. i wish there was another office in my zip code so i could avoid this one altogether. carrier pigeons could do a better job than this place."
"I went to the post office 10 minutes before they were to open at 9:30 am but the employee didn't show up until around 9:50. I reported this and had to give my phone number and address. A woman called me the next day from another usps location to argue with me about why the office opened late. When I suggested that she should put a sign on the door letting people know that if it's not open on time, it's because they are understaffed but on the way, she started to argue with me and told me they can't do that and started ranting. I hung up and reported it the 2nd time and told them that if she calls and harass me again that I would contact the police. I don't understand how giving my contact information to report an issue can be used by a disgruntled postal worker to track down and harass a customer. I don't feel safe. A postal worker should not be able to use their privilege of having access to your contact information to threaten, harass, bully, or retaliate because a customer reported them for opening 20 minutes late."
"This is the second time within a year I went out of town down the proper paperwork at the post office each time I’ve had to redo it several times. This has been a month now and I still haven’t received my mail yet and I have to wait 20 to 40 minutes for a call back to talk to a human being I depend on a daily mail to take care of my personal business. I have a taxpayer deserve to have my mail delivered on time and properly especially when I filled out the documents. The post office requires. I’ve even talked to a postmaster to look into it a few weeks ago no response no nothing and no mail."
