"The Home Loan Servicing line has, literally, the worst customer service reps I've encountered in 47 years of life. Rude, gas-lighting, condescending agents. At first I thought it was just 1 rep, and gave the benefit of the doubt. After multiple calls it's clearly a pervasive culture of emotionally abusing customers. WOW. A topdown problem. The upper level management should be replaced and agents retrained. They have outdated systems and seemed defensive of the problems that creates? idk. Some weird trauma garbage going on over there. The last thing you need when you are having trouble getting a payment through a clunky government portal."

"A lot of the system is automated and incredibly hard to get through to a representative when it hangs up on you advising to call back later due to high volume. My seller requested final payoff letter 40 days before closing. Federal law requires it to be sent in a certain timeframe 7 days!! and the title company has yet to receive it. They claim they didn’t get the request until 8 days before closing. Well maybe if people who connect to a human there wouldn’t be these hiccups!!! my seller wants to sell her home and pay the usda their money!!! Why is it taking so long????? Doesn’t the government want the loan satisfied too?? Stop automating things and if there are y enough people hire more."

"If I did not have to select a star, I would not have. I agree with all the comments about this place. Everyone is not lying. It seems this place should be investigated. I’m not sure if the staff is just incompetent or they are not doing their jobs. It was time for my yearly renewal and I sent every paper back requested. Weeks later, they sent me a form stating” one of the forms where missing”. I sent them the same exact form I previously sent, just to test them and see if they were going to accept it, and they did. So as I stated “ someone is incompetent or not doing their job”. This place really needs to be looked into."

"Been with USDA over 23 years" I don't know what's going on. They aren't applying my payments their sending me delinquent notice. Last year no interest was taking off my loan. I will be seeking legal action. Not only that you better check your credit score they were showing me delinquent. After months of asking them to apply my payments. Now they're not showing up on my credit report. Something has to be done immediately."

"This is the worse government office I have ever dealt with. You can barely get anyone on the phone unless you schedule a call back & the system constantly gives you lengthy minutes for anyone. My 2022 taxes were not paid to my city out of my escrow account. My property was listed in the newspaper for sale; I & the tax collector spoke with two different persons after finally getting someone on the line. Moreover, they assured me/her that a check will be mailed overnight to cure the tax debt. It has been since August 10, 2023 & today is September 12, 2023 no check has been mailed out yet for my 2022 taxes. Additionally, I emailed the first person who we've spoken with & she stated she has contacted management to escalate the matter. But, nobody still hasn't given me ANY sort of info about my payment. I am tired of this people & definitely emotionally drained. I need HELP or I will be seeking legal actions. Some of the associates are unprofessional and it is very difficult to reach out to management or to anyone!!!"
