"I don’t understand how no hire ups have got involved. The wait is EXTREMELY long EVERYTIME. Staff are very rude."

"Seriously rating as a 0 star. Just why is this office even open? After reading the other reviews. I was referred to this location from the National SS Office. Be aware, I called close to closing (30 minutes) and the lady pretended to not be able to hear and kept repeating "Hello Social Security how can I help you". Called 6 times in a row, used two different phones while she played around. Seemingly, No one wants to assist. Just why?"

"I sat on the phone for 3 hours just for it to be my turn someone hangs up on me. I called again and got back on the phone and waited 5 hours just for it to close while I’m waiting so now I have to wait til Monday"

"If I could give a zero I would. These people move so slow and do not do their job. They had quite a few people working today but only one person seeing people and the line was long. I asked the lady sitting in the office by herself next to where we sit why no one was working. I also asked her do they see anyone or just do stuff on the phone and she rudely stated it depends and just like you on the phone they are in the phone too. All you seen was staff socializing and not working. The set up there is ridiculous and there is no reason why people should be waiting so long for simple things. They should have a better set up to be able to move the line faster. This place needs to be shut down or staff replaced with more professional people who actually work. I need the number to the complaint line. It’s possible for businesses to move way faster than what they do especially if staff is actually working to get people in and out instead of socializing and taking their time as if they are not at work"

"It was a mess line out the door no more drop box even if you’re dropping off paperwork you have to get in line there was only one lady at the front desk working approximately I’d say 30 people because the line was all the way out the door took me probably about 45 minutes to drop off paperwork. If you’ve got to go there, I would prepare yourself for a wait a long wait."
