"At first I was devastated that I was blocked from working a shift here at Freeburg nursing home, but me being the good hearted person I am I feel thankful because I am one of the CNA’s who love taking care of people and I look at it like it’s good work he is preventing me from further damage. I was blocked bc I didn’t take a lunch break and I let the nurse on duty know that she got loud with me telling me it policy but explain to her I never work a day shift and didn’t get around to it. She said she was going to call Jennifer I didn’t like her attitude toward me to I cancel the shift for the next day then I get an instant message telling me I was blocked. This freaking place is so prejudice Freeburg, the next business day I went there to speak on this and find out why I was blocked she said it’s was bc I cancel a shift and tried to pick it back up but that wasn’t the reason it’s bc I am black. Jennifer please get rid of those demands you are batting bc if you love god like I do he will change you & your nasty ways because you are the devil and thank you sweet heart I could work some where that they appreciate me as a cna and who won’t discriminate."

"Freeburg Care Center is an amazing place to work. The staff is courteous and professional. And there is staff everywhere you walk. No staff on their cell phones. How refreshing. Administration staff is always willing to listen and ready to help. The activity staff rocks. Always fun activities. Pet therapy. The residents love when there are pets around. They staff is always welcoming to other staff , families , and residents. The facility is clean, and always smells good. Great job Freeburg Care Center! So proud to be a part of this."

"I have worked here going on seven years, I worked in another nursing home before here so I was blown away with how clean and fresh this nursing home is. I have never seen a team jump in to help where ever the need is like they do here. They come together during hard times. The managers will have fundraisers if an employee is having health issues to help offset care cost. Whenever another employees house burned down the managers jumped into action to make sure the employees had a place to go and clothes to wear. I have never worked somewhere that cares for their staff as much as managers do here."

"Freeburg Care Center is top notch. It's very clean ,& smells good. The staff and Administration Team are all very caring, and go above and beyond to make sure your loved one is well cared for. The therapy department is the best around. They treat you like family. I would recommend 10 out of 10."
